We have developed the "featured" posting system, to allow you to get your posting the most exposure possible, at minimum cost to your company! By upgrading your posting to "featured", you will have your posting added as a text link to the right side of every page. When job seekers search for openings, your posting will also have a red star next to the job title, to draw more attention to it.

So how does this work exactly?

1. Click on the "view activity" link on the left hand side
   
2. Click on the "active" button next to the job posting you would like to upgrade to "featured"
   
3. Confirm that you would like (1) "featured" credit (what is a credit?) debited from your account. If you do not have enough credits, you will be asked for your credit card number to purchase a "featured" credit in the amount of $50 (buy more than one and save!)
4. Job is automatically upgraded to "featured" status until 90 days expire, the job position is filled, or closed by you.
